Cancellation Policy and Booking Conditions
- Festival passes are available through the Kilifi Wellness Festival at kilifiwellness.com
- You will receive your ticket as soon as you make payment through the Flowmingo payment app.
- Should you be unable to attend, you are permitted to give or sell your ticket to someone else.
- There is no charge for changing the name on a ticket.
- If a change in COVID regulations forces us to cancel the festival, all tickets will be refunded in full.
